What if myLot organizes a get together or a party for its members?

I was thinking that will myLot will ever give some party or get together to its members in different part of the world. I mean to say that myLot organizes different get together in major cities where it has more than 100 members and invite the members to join it and get to know each other in person. I think it would be interesting because if in future it plans of doing so I would love to be a part of such a get together and meet different people personally.
I know that it is possible in America where it has its roots and network (Correct me if I am wrong), But do you think that myLot can organize such an event in future??

Hello there. just make sure that you post a lot with out violating the mylot rules and regulations. meaning you must reached more than two hundred post before you could even use the mylot code emoticons or my term the "little guys" for now you're ust below on hundred you need to expose yourself more and get to know other users through their response.@rebornishard (186)

If i get an invitation from mylot party i surely join in mylot party.
Here all mylot members will participate in together party which organizes by
the mylot community.To meet different peoples in mylot a great experience will be
their in world wide.

u basically did not understand the concept, it has been told, that organizing parties in various cities...not in a particular place..
Various places where there are more members...
But i don't think it's quite possible..

It is always possible, but quite frankly I honestly don't think that it's liky. If an event did occour the attendance would probably be real poor. When you are online you don't know who you are talking to. Most people have a fear that the person responding to them could be dangerous. People who aren't internet safe would probably be the type to attend. I wouldn't be one of them.
I have met people offline that I've met online. But, I did it in a safe way. In public and I had someone else I knew with me. I've even flown up to visit a friend once. But, that was years ago.

You must be a great friend to fly to meet some online friend.
I know but so I was mentioning that such get together should be conducted city wise so that people within a city can know and then travelling will also not be an issue and few myLot authorities who can afford those events can reach some of these get together. Even myLot can assign some active mylotter from each city to organize but I know it is still not going to be soon.

very nice thought Rakesh i must say.I would surely want to be part of that get together where members of mylot from all parts of the world would come together.As it would be a great place to share our views and develop a family like structure.
So that when any one of the members are in problem,other members of mylot could help them financially and emotionally.

i think i will be really niece if that happens since we will be able to meet the persons with whom we will be chatting and discussing only through internet . but i dont think its possible to have a such a meeting since it has members from all over the world and its tough to be organising such a thing . but they may organise some meeting among people in a particular region . lets hope that one such thing happens in future .

that would be nice. but since mylot has a lot of members worldwide, why don't we all do it halfway so we won't have to burden ourselves with fare rates. lolz

I was talking about city wise get together so that people can meet local friends and only myLot authorities fly to these venue which will be decided on the basis of people in different major cities in different part of the world.

If MyLot has a party anywhere near me, I will go. I think we should gather in major cities around the world and ideally have webcams or other video equipment, so we can see each other in various parts of the world. I hope Alice is reading this discussion because it would be a totally cool thing to make happen.

I think, its a pretty hard part to organize such parties, what will happen if many of the members don't meet or they hesitate to come..
Think about the amount to be spent to entertain the members, it may get organized in a particular place in common in its own land, and people who are interested might join the party, but it should be located in a place where there are more members, so it will not be a disappointing situation for the party..

I'm sure they could organize that. I'm also sure there a quite a few people who would be there. I'm not a people person like that anymore, so everyone would have to miss out on meeting me. Sorry everyone!

You have done a good work by just clearly mentioning that you will not come because their might be a group of people who might expect you and feel bad when they didn't found you. This might happen if such get together are organized in the future.

hello rakesh,
that is a good idea. how ever, a lot of people have proposed this mylot gathering for months and even if it was too good to be true not every one had made this possible due to time constraints and conflicts of schedules.
I don't know about my country but i know some day when mylot becomes more popular then that's the time that we would be able to have that kind of gathering.
