Their website is interesting; however while checking into their site I noticed alot of complaints about not getting paid from their Cha Cha Guide members. Does anyone know if this site is really legit? Please let me know. Thanks.

I'm working at ChaCha but more so just the fun of it. I made $8.45 in January by working on for about an hour a day during power hours but I don't have a checking account so I can't collect my money. I've recently heard about not getting paid as well.

I'm also a ChaCha guide, but one that is returning after a few years of being away. What ARE the "power hours" these days? I've been on for a couple of hours now and haven't received a single query.. thanks!

I have heard no complaints about them not paying. From what I heard, they are a really legitimate online source of "income", if you want to call it that. I've been on ChaCha for about 3 weeks, and I've made around $80 so far. Good luck to you!

Yes, ChaCha is a legitimate site. The only down side is that if you make $600 or more in a year, you have to file form 1099 and pay taxes on your earnings. Not to mention as a ChaCha guide, you work as an independent contractor, so you can't use them as your form of employment since you don't get an actual paycheck from them. It's great for extra cash and you can do it as a regular job if your expenses aren't real high to live on. I've never had a problem getting paid with ChaCha, but then again I'm on the paid per answer side of things. I've never had to rely on the points system.
