how many hour you sleep and why

all people are sleeping but the main reason they have to sleep what are they

For adult person 7 to 8 hours is the best span in sleeping. It is good for our body.

I sleep 4-6 hours. I try to get to bed early but I can't until hubby and baby go to sleep. They are so demanding. Then I tend to wake up a lot at night and then can't go back to sleep. I am a light sleeper. So I haven't been able to top 6 hours in almost 3 years now.

It is healty to sleep about 8 hours each day, I sometimes sleep 6 or 5 hours when I go to school, more in the week ends. When I'm free on vacations I can sleep sometimes a lot about 12 hours or more :) I love to sleep but when I sleep too much I don't feel so powerfull, 8 hours for me are just perfect, I feel a little tired when I get up but after 10 min I'm powerful and ready to start a new day. What about you?

I always sleep late in the evening but I still get to sleep for 7 hours in a day. I think it is an advantage in my part that I dont have to go to my work place early 'cause I have time to sleep. I dont have kids yet so I still have more time to sleep. I just think that when I would have a kid already, m sleeping habits will have to change. And I know how much I'm gonna miss that.

i usually sleep for 4-8 hours... the main reasons are computer and anime...

sometimes I sleep for 5 hours-8hours. i know this is unhealthy that's why every weekend I sleep very long.
