what i do is to relax before the exam. of course i have read my notes and books a week or two prior to the exam day, just a day or two before the examamination day, i go watch movie, or play sports and relax. most students loves to cram for exams they only check their notes a day or two before the exams. hmmm bad idea, might be mixed up during the exam in that case.

How do you study? Are you a person with add? Do you have noise or distractions while you study? Do you understand what you read the first time you read it or do you have to reread a few times? Are you taking more than 12 credit hours this semester? Do you have family and job responcibilities? Are you dislexic? Do you have group studies? You might need to answer these or other questions to solve the problem? Good luck in finding a solution.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about your problem. For one I think you are having a great difficulty in describing how you feel in English. This makes it hard for me to give you the kind of advice that I think you need. Also you only talk about how you feel before the exam, not during and after taking it. You have also left out how well you do on your exams, all of these factor into an overall determination of what is going on in your mind. It would also help to know more about your daily life, both in and out of school. The more data, the better the advise. Although this is not always true, so for now I would consider it irrelevant. Going back to what you actually said, "I have problem when I will sit for exam." To me that implies that you are talking about taking the exam. what you say next, "I had read a lot but I cannot focus..." right there I suspect that either you are the kind of person that relies on being able to remember what they read the night before, or your mind is easily distracted. More on that later. Then you continue, "...what I'm reading for because I always remember to the exam. I feel nerves, and I don't know what to do." Now let me see if this is what you meant to say, or if your English is not your native language. "Hi there, I have a problem when I sit to take my exam. I had read a lot before the exam but now I cannot focus on what I am reading, because I usually remember the answers to the exam, now I am nerves and don't know what to do." If in fact I am right about your previous abilities to study the night before and then simply pass your exams based on your ability to regurgitate, not in the literal sense, but if you had that ability and it is no longer there, than I hate to inform you that school went from easy to hard, and somewhere in-between you didn't notice. There also could be a change in your chemical makeup that is causing you these problems. My suggestion would be to first look at how you prepare for your exams then go over these nine questions and answer them truthfully. 1. Do you go to class and take notes every day, and if you miss do you have a friend that will share their notes with you? 2. Do you belong to a study group, or have you ever studied in a group? 3. Do you wait until the last minute and cram e.g. study so hard you only finish in time to get a few hours rest before the exam? 4. Do you find it hard to concentrate for any amount time greater than a few minutes? 5. Do you find that there are times when you have an extraordinary amount of energy and stamina? 6. Do you ever feel like no one understands what you are going through? 7. Have you ever felt like you were being watched or judged or someone was out to get you? 8. Do you ever find it hard to relax even when you've been awake for a long period of time? 9. Have you ever noticed any change in your behavior depending on the season? If you answered no to all of these questions then I suggest you look into questions 1-2 and see if that doesn't help your situation. If you answered Yes to more than 4, or you answered yes to 2 or more of the questions between 3-9 then I suggest you talk to a therapist or councilor. I would highly suggest that if you in any way find q1uestions 4-9 bothersome, not only would I suggest you speak with a therapist but show that person which questions either bothered you or you identified with. I know that the idea of having something going on in brain that you may not understand is not an easy thing to come to terms with. But if you can get help you have a tremendous future ahead of you. Then again, some of these questions I have proposed can also be symptoms of things like tumors, or certain vitamin deficiencies. The only way you will know, and the only way you can get on with your life is to eliminate the known from the unknown. And believe me there is more unknown out there than known, but nothing eases your mind more than knowing what might be going on, than not knowing anything at all. I hope this is helpful, and I by no means mean you any disrespect. Had someone showed me what was wrong with me at your age, well who knows what, but there would have been some things that I wouldn't have had to go through. Also, if I have misunderstood the meaning of your post, then please except my apologies now.

The day before and exam is used for light revision of study material and relaxing. Also eating well. I assume that you have studied alot before this day right? So you must be prepared. The day before and exam must be used to get some good sleep, to get some healthey foods in you and to lightley study what you have studied until now, you can't over due it or else your brain will be tired the next day! These tricks have helped me, I guarantee you they will also hellp you!

hey! well i would advise you that the more you think about the ghost of exams the more you will get distracted from your studies! while studying just think that you're studying for learning new things, for enhancing you knowledge and yes avoid distractions like tv, computer etc. while studying! do these things when wanna take a break! but don't compromise with your studies! secondly eat a healthy diet, hav a sufficient sleep, don't study for too long continuously but when studying study with full concentration and last but not the least have loads of fun, be casual with exams and chillax! :)

I think you don't concentrate on your study thats why you feel nervous while you gave any exams.. so if you want to doing better in any exams then you may concentrate on your study.. i don't say that you may read for long time in a day.. but i only say that.. suppose if you read only an one hour then in this hour you may focussed on only in your study.. and you may try some yoga exercise.. and it will useful for you.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..
