Do you think drinking proper water will do good to our health?

Hi, my friends,do you like drinking water? Do you usually drink water everyday? How much do you usually drink water everyday? Do you think drinking proper water will do good to our health? As far as I am concerned, I think I am a person who usually drink water everyday.So I usually get a very good health benifit from drinking water. I usually drink three glass of water which can supplement my body water that I have lost evryday and keep me in a health balance. What about you ? Do you drink to help you to heep a health balance?

Yeah, I think it is better for us to drink proper water everyday ,which can do a lot help to our body health. If there is no water come into our body everyday, I think we will become ill soon. So keep a health body should has the help of water.have a nice day.

i can only drink 5 glasses in a day but when it is holiday, i can only drink 4 glasses. It is so unhealthy and i know it. But i just couldn't remember to drink 8 glasses of water. i believe cooked water is the best drink and healthy drink.

Yes. Around the world everyday, people die from drinking polluted water. You should be very careful about the kind of water you drink. If possible, avoid water sources you know to be polluted. If not possible, at least boil it to take out some of the germs. Drinking polluted water can give you dysentery which can be fatal.

Water is the best drink on earth. It purifies our body internal systems and keep us from falling sick easily. I drink water almost once every hour. I do not consciously count the number of cups I drink daily, but I'd say I have sufficient water intake.
