You have just got this great job with outstanding pay, more than you have ever made in your whole life, however you have recently found that your new company is hurting many people everyday, would you quit your job or simply stay there to make more money?

I would quit. As a matter of fact, I have done this, although I am ashamed to say that it took me some time to get to the point of quitting even after I realized that not only did we not share philosophical viewpoints, they were actively promoting hurtful things.

I would be out too and report my findings to someone as soon as possible.

In what way would my new company hurt people everyday? If it would go against my principles, I would not be working for i in the first place. However if I realise that my place of work is doing harm in some way or another I would try whatever it entails to correct this. I would exert pressure on the management from within to rectify the situation.

I think money is not the sole consideration for me when it comes to jobs so I don't really want to participate in companies that is exploiting people for its selfish gain. No doubt you would be rich, but you would never be happy with what you are doing and what you have done later on in life. You would be constantly prickled by your conscience throughout your life and be disliked by everyone. Joy and satisfaction in the job cease to existence in this kind of job.

How right you are. I think if they are doing bad things to people I could not knowingly stay either.
