do you prefer exams or assignments?

Hi everyone i know to some exams are just too tough and we would not want to do them. but to some assignments and reports that we have to write can be big headache. so do you prefer exams or would rather prefer doing assignments then sitting for exam?

of course I prefer assignment to exams. because assignment could be brought home and teacher usually gives several days to accomplish our assignment. and exams,we should do that in class, we should study about the exam material a night before, memorizing them if we want to be able to do the exam for tomorrow. I think it's harder than doing assignment.

Yeah, you are right, both of them are not easy tasks but I still perfer assignments because I hate exams much more.Uhm,we can perpare the assignments much better because we have the certain topic and they don't like the exams that have much uncertainties and sometimes hard to pass.
