Hi,
I know that mylot is worldwide and i just wanted to hear from any people based in the path of the Tsunami. Just want to say you are in my thoughts, and i hope it passes over without any destruction or devastation of any kind. How are you preparing for it? Share your thoughts and feelings.

I've read from the net that our country, Philippines is now on Level 2 warning for tsunami which will hit at 1:00 or 2:00 pm this sunday... For those who are near the oceans must evacuate for their safety. It might hit this afternoon and the waves may last longer. That's what I've read, Let's pray for all of us.

I am praying for you now. What does Level 2 indicate? Is that like a richter scale in an earthquake? What time is it in the Philippines now? It's 2:50 am here.

hi renaissance2010 California has been warned too but I doubt if it will be that strong by the time it reaches our coast. I am at least six to ten miles from the coast so no worries. but some people do 
live right down on Newport beach or Huntington Beach. we shall see if it really does reach here.
