Do you watch Undercover Boss? The premise of the show is that the CEO of the company goes in undercover and works in the trenches with the everyday workers. They have no idea that this person presented to them as a new employee in training actually runs the corporation. So far they have had the CEOs from Waste Management, 7-11, and White Castle to name a few. I really like this show because these people take the time to see what their employees do on a daily basis to keep their businesses profitable. Have you watched?

I have not seen it yet. When I first heard of the premise I thought it was very clever. I read from a couple of reviewers, that some of those bosses truly had made changes in their businesses from that experience with the show. Even if only one of the head honchos in question change their work practices, that is wonderful. I really need to sit down and watch the show. I think it is the best idea for a reality show in a long long time.

My husband and I caught the first episode purely by accident while channel surfing on a Sunday night. We were really into it within the first five minutes. It is a really good show as far a "reality" shows go. The premise is unique. Hopefully, it will stay on longer than another show that was similar: Secret Millionaire. We liked that show too but I don't think it is coming back. Anyway, We have watched three episodes so far and hope there will be more to come. Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. Eph.2:8,9

I haven't watched. I like the premise. I bet once employers see how their employee feel about them, they still don't change theirways.

My husband saw one or two of the episodes. I watch it for just a few minutes. Looks like one of the employees was sick(old man) requiring dialysis to keep living. It was a tough job and the CEO amazed by his strength he didn't know how this man could go every day and do this job. Well, the CEO promoted him to higher position.
