Do terrorists use Facebook?

I would like to know because I have heard that, many dodgy people use Facebook. I am finding that facebook is becoming increasingly invasive with people you don't know trying to join your Site. You will recieve a friend request from someone that you simply do not know. Unlike on thisSite where you chat to people and have discussions, facebook is just that bit more linked to people contact details. What do you think? See my Google discussion also, do terrorists use Google? for the reason.

I guess they also use facebook. There's no sign up question in facebook that asks if you are a terrorist. The same goes for rapists, bank robbers, politicians, presidents, and bin laden.

yes he just found 12 mysterious white eggs and wants help fertilising his Farm. I have a pile of people trying to interest me in the Farmville thing. Hard enough to mandage my own real garden without messing with a Virtual one.lol Mandy

I hope you are not trying to discredit Facebook because the undesirables use all sorts of means to communicate with each other, look for potential recruits, and look for things which can help them in their actions. If Facebook is to be avoided, then the same thing should be done to email providers.

Actually no way I was more interested in the diffs between other Sites, like Blog, i had been told however you can take it seriously that people in various factions prefer the Blog method, as opposed to facebook, so i statred the two discussions. i have to say I just don't join anyone I don't kknow, but hey who really cares, possiblly alot of people are out there worse than terrorists, and I agree totally with your comment.

maybe they use it. but why they would use it for? there isn't any good reason or benefit for them in using facebook. even if they do, how will anyone that a facebook user is a terrorist?

ya, if they smart, LOL. off course no one can be stopped to create account in facebook, right. and facebook can not identify one by one, their member is terorrist or not. so whats wrong with your question?

what i dont like in facebook is that you got to see comments not yours, and invites from people whom you don;t know. i hope fb management will do something like upgrade their system, that you only view what is yours, and not others not you interest. about terrorist using facebook? don't know. its open, anybody can use it. thanks mandy..

I am Facebook and over half my friends are family or from my husband's family some are from my games like pirates and the rest from my Gather.com social site. Have not had a problem yet.
