Dead Beat Dad's in Hawaii...what are their laws?

Does anyone here have any idea how Hawaii handles their Dead Beat Dads in Hawaii? How hard are the laws on them? Anyone Know?

it shouldnt be any different from any other states if you are in the USA. if he owes back child surporte, they can lock him up there too
