PC or Mac

I like Windows mostly because it is compatible with most products, it can be customized pretty good and I am very much used to it after around eight years of experience with the operating system.Mac, on the other hand, I have never tried a Mac system but I did hear they aren't so good with gaming, but that wouldn't bother me a whole lot because I don't game much anyway. I know that some programs you can get for Windows are available for Mac in other forms, for example, the multiple network IM client for Mac, I can't remember the name right now, but it looks pretty cool, and even MSN Messenger is available for Mac. Some of the CDs you see these days include a Windows CD and a Mac CD (well, not all, but some).In terms of security, I think Mac wins in that field altough Windows isn't half bad when you have a good antivirus software like AVG, a good firewall, anti-spyware, etc. etc. and all of that stuff is available for free download from at least one company. You just have to stay on the safe side of the Internet...I don't really know what to vote because I haven't tried Mac and haven't experienced it, so I guess I have to choose Windows because of its ease of use, and because of its compatibility with most things.

i like more pc than mac computer!!Also because i never found this big opportunity that apple always promise about thier products!!So they are nice from an external view but configuration normally is quite the same you can find on many cheaper pc!!but also on pc you have much more choice and so you can choose your os windows,linux more freeware softwares and have not a policy too much strong as in apple!!In reality i like personalize my pc or os and softwares so you know apple from this point of view give you less opportunity than on pc!!

Men Mac rocks but at the end of the day it depends on what you want to do with your computer. To me each has an advantage over the other therefore choose wisely when purchasing one. nice topic
