New Ipod!

I got a new Ipod today and it is awesome! I have never had an Ipod and I had gotten one for my son this past Christmas and I started using it and I was getting very fond of it! I decided to go get one for me today bacause the new one has a pedometer and I am trying to lose weight right now! This will be a great tool for me because I do not mind walking and working out when I am listening to music! Hope I continue to like my songs on my Ipod and everything else about my Ipod! What did you think about your Ipod when you got it? I loved mine! Did you put songs on it right away? First time to jump into the Ipod world of a normal buyer! Tell me all about your Ipod experience, I would love to hear about it! Happy MyLotting!

I've had 3 iPods and I have loved each and every one. I am a music nut and I truthfully would be lost without my iPod...
It certainly is my prized possession. If I had to pick one thing of mine to save from a fire, that is exactly what I would go for.
I love my music, I love my ipod and I am sure you'll love yours too. Just make sure to keep updating your music or else you will get very bored.
I have over 2000 songs and I still have to add new ones to keep it "fresh".

Wow... sounds like you have had quite a few Ipods! You have the same love I have for listening to musicm it really is great! I would be lost now without my Ipod also, even though I have only had it one evening! Tes, I will keep on adding new songs so I do not get bored! Cool, 2000 songs! Thanks for posting!

I sure have. As technology kept getting better, I kept replacing old with new. All of them though still work perfectly.
I'm a diehard music nut, I would be lost without it, that is for sure. I even have it set up in my bathroom and kitchen where I can plug my iPod in so I can have music for when I am doing dishes, or having a shower, and in my room as well, so when I am just lying in my bed, I've got my music filling the room...
I love it.

oh I know the feeling, I love my Ipod shaffle too, specially cause it plays videos my favorite videos. I may get one with more capacity soon for applications and internet access

oh you are welcome, thanks for the topic too. Yes I am sure I could get the next choice, but I would like to wait and see if they come out with something more capable and with more features, as they continuously come up with new features.

I am glad you know the feeling I am feeling right now! Have never had an Ipod Shuffle I just have a Nano right now! Maybe later on I will get a shuffle or touch! Hope you are able to get one with higher capcity soon! Thanks for posting! Happy MyLotting!

I currently have an iPod touch, and I must say, I love it
I find it amazing how something so small is capable of doing so much. Plus, the memory size is staggering, and they are so easy to use

I would like to eventually like to get an Ipod touch because I think I would like it better! You are able to do lots more with the touch! There is alot of memory space on those they are awesome! Thanks for posting! Happy MyLotting, hoep you continue to like your touch!

When I got my iPod for the first time, it was a present, so I tried to read the instructions, as I do with all electric appliances, and to my surprise... there were no instructions! Just a link to download itunes, so I downloaded it...
but I didn't know how to use it, so I spent the first day fighting with itunes to put music into my ipod

Fortunately I learned to use it and now, like you I'm enjoying it a lot. It's great to make my trips in the train more entertaining .

Wow, sound slike you have had some pretty bad problems from the very beginning of getting your Ipod! Sounds like someone forgot to stick the instructions in the packet! hmm... if its a new iPod and it wont even connect to iTunes then take it back and get a new one. nothing much you can do about it if it's a manufacturer error.

That's awesome! now you get to enjoy what the IPOD can bring to you...I know the feeling when i got my first Ipod also it was like the best player the world has ever invented. Hope you'll have fun with your new ipod same as i had with mine! cheers!

Thanks for the congrats about the new Ipod! I have had it for a few weeks now and I am still listening to it and just a couple of days ago I got a dock so I can listen to it without headphones! I know I am going to have fun with an Ipod! Thanks for posting! Happy Mylotting!

I does not have an ipad,recently i have seen an ipad which is bigger one ,we can also watch the net,movies ,news etc etc in that i pad,if i buy that one only,but not now may be after two or three years,at present i does have only computer that is my entertainer,have a nice day

I was not talking about Ipad, I was talking about Ipods that you can play music on! I have heard the Ipads are awesome to! They are like mini computers and you can do all types of things on them! I geuss if I just got an Ipod then I need to wait a little while before I get another Apple product, they are expensive! Thanks for posting! Happy MyLotting!

I have the ipod touch and I have only three songs on it, as I am using it more for the apps I can put on than songs I can listen to. I rewall don't listen to music all that much, as I am not into music, but I do like the games that I can put on it. A lot are free, and some I have to purchase. I have purchased some apps, and put some on it that are free. I play it quite often, and I am glad I did buy it. There are so many ipod's out there, and this si the first one I have ever had. I can play youtube videos on it too. Take care, and have a very good day.

Good for you!! Tho, I am abit jealous! I don't have an ipod and would really love one. I think it's great that they added the pedometer feature since that would definitely help me get out and walking more! Might have to start saving up for one! Hope you continue to enjoy it! Take care!

my first ipod was the nano 2gb 1st generation. i loved it, i always use it to school. i put songs to it right away.

Wow, sounds liek you had one of the very first Ipods. I have never seen one of those I bet they look prehistoric to the ones that they have now! I will have to wait and see where all I will use it! Probably at work, home, and on trips in car! Thanks for posting! Happy MyLotting!

I've had an iPod for a couple of years now and I wouldn't be without it. I LOVE IT! You mention music while you walk - well, I go out for a walk at lunchtimes when I'm at work and always take my iPod with me. I march along in time to the music! I've also downloaded a couple of books which are great.
The only problem I've found is that I have uploaded all my old CDs onto my iPod, which is great, but a couple of times I have had a problem with my computer and had to start again. It has meant doing the CD uploading all over again.
If you have a problem, you can plug in your iPod and they will re-upload everything you have bought from iTunes but they won't upload anything else. So make sure you back up anything you buy from other sites.

You sound like me, I have only had mine for a fay and a half and I do not know if I could live without it! I love mine also! That is cool that you walk at lunchtime, I should do that also! I'm a first time owner of an iPod too. I have been dreaming of buying one ever since college and now that I have a job, I bought an iPod Nano on my birthday last year. I'm a music lover and my love for music has deepened because I have an awesome music player. I can't live without it now. I'm also planning to buy an iPod touch when a new one comes out. I already saved some money for it. :D

Glad you also are a new user of an Ipod! You sound like me, I had thought about getting one for so long, and now I have one! I have seen the Ipod Touch and I really kind of want to get one also! Well I think I will enjoy my Nano for a while before I buy another Apple product! Happy MyLotting!
