MyLot tasks problem

When I try to make a task, it says at least one field is required, what does it mean by that? All the forms are filled it.

A filed is the place where the ones who perform the task can submit the proof, it is the grey colored box which turns white on accepting the task! You can resolve the problem by: putting an end mark after the summary and then putting a field - 2nd out of 4 small icons and giving your field a name!
