I'm Alice (ok, so I'm actually an "Alex", but it's a reference from a great song so I think I'll keep it.) I am here to assist users with a variety of issues.

**UPDATE** It is no longer necessary to send me a friendship request to contact me. All you need to do is go to your "messages" tab, select "compose", and in the "myLot user" box, simply enter my name (goaskalice) and compose your message.
Also, please read the FAQs and Guidelines before asking me a question. Many common questions are answered there. If after reading them there is something you still do not understand or don't feel was covered, contact me and I'll do my very best to help you out.

What is really troubling me is that there has been no... | | | | Maybe I just don't understand how to get to these tasks that are supposed to be on MyLot, but every time I go in to the 'available' section, there are no tasks available - ever.

As you can see, I really do exist. I Also do jump in to discussions from time to time, though not so much lately as there have been other things keeping me busy. Most times when I respond to a discussion it is to clarify something or other. Other times, I just pop in to say hi. In this instance, it was a little of both :) |

I don't get my earnings from discussions and other such activity, I am outside that system and am merely an employee. So don't read anything in to my comments about ratings, it was merely an off the cuff comment. However, like any other employee in any other business, my salary is subject to my work performance. |

I did put in a request for an alert. Although it may be a bit late now, as most people probably know that tasks are functioning again. |

You may post [i]portions[/i] of an article as long as you cite a source. However, the bulk of your post should be your own work, rather than relying on the article to carry your post. |
