I know there's many organizations out there nowadays, but I'd like to know from someone who has an experience in this kind of things...what does it take for someone to start it? what do you need to get it started and all? If you for instance have a website and you have a goal what you wanna do with it...how do you get a sponsor for it? any help would be greatly appreciated and please be specific as much as you can and only write here if you really know how to work around those kinds of things

of your planning to have an organization you must it register in the government like in my country you must Verify the availability of the organization name in and have it register in the Securities and Exchange Commission. register in BIR and SSS and if theres money involve then must also Obtain bank certificate of deposit. just to make you organization legalize specially if your asking for any donation. upon registration in SEC or security and exchange commission you must include their the purpose of your organization so you must prepare your organization "mission and vision" but if you just want to make website without have it register then if your asking for donation, they might can sue you as its not legalize.

I believe that each state (in the US) regulates nonprofit organizations. It's a simple matter to apply for that, and then they will tell you what you need to do. It's not complicated at all. I was with a group of people who applied a few years ago.

well from what i know first is you have to check the legalities in your residing country and if you plan to have it online i think you need to check on the patent of the organizations name, plus you have to make sure you have the people to run it and the proper planning guide.
