Pleasant Surprise

A day or two ago, I started a discussion about a facebook friend I had chatted with that recently deleted me. Well, one mylotter suggested that I write him a well worded note and explain that I was hurt because he deleted me and wanted to know why he did this. I really didn't know whether to do this or not because I didn't know when he would log back on to facebook. I could leave him a note in his mailbox but I didn't know for sure which house he lives in exactly. I decided I would send him a note from facebook last night and he would see it whenever he logged back on to facebook or the internet. Guess what? I received a pleasant surprise today! He added me back
! I still haven't talked to him yet but I gave him my email address and phone number. I hope he will contact me some way this weekend or before. He didn't delete his son I found out. I don't know his son but I just wasn't on his son's list of mutual friends. It's confusing but as I told the other mylotter, I still have a lot to learn about facebook. Aren't mylot friends wonderful? I continue will to keep youall posted about what happens.

I hope things continue to be pleasantly surprising. I am always impressed with how MyLotters care for and about each other. At any rate, you have a friend.

best. I am glad you contacted him and that he added you back
on. Maybe he will contact you and all can be smoothed out.
Its nice that at least he did add you back. good luck.

Hi, cyrus123. That was wonderful! I am glad that he added you back as a friend. Hopefully he will honestly explain to you why he deleted you in the first place. I am also glad that myLot friends were able to help you out and lead you into the right direction. I hope that you will have a lasting friendship with this guy.

Hello. I was thinking about doing just that, and was unsure. One of the guys I was on the high school wrestling team deleted me as a friend, and I was hurt. I didn't know why, but guessed that they are angry and didn't see me as a committed teammate- usually it wouldn't matter, but I get a harder time because I'm the girl. o.o Well I think it's great that you sent a message and he added you back. I'm not sure if I can do it, because I'm a bit worried about what the response might be.
