My son's list of things he will eat is so limited I am worried about his well being. How do you get your child to eat healthier if they don't like anything?

If you can cook the healthy food with his favorite food it will be good for him. Tell me what he likes to eat i might help you with this. Let him eat vegetables that has good taste, so he will appreciate it. Carrots are good, try putting fresh vegetables with his sandwich. Let him drink fresh squeezed fruits. Or you can try the Juicer from TV. mix fruits and Vegetables for a healthy drink. Try it we use it at home

He will eat pizza (of course), chicken strips, fired okra, string cheese, ham or peperoni slices, any kind of fruit, Cheerios, peanut butter, bread (except for the crust), grilled steaks, potatoes, and any kind of cheddar cheese. The only green vegetables he will eat is okra fried and if something is not cooked the way he is used to he won't touch it unless I force him to try it.

When my kids were little they always fought me about vegetables. I would puree carrots and put it into my tomato sauce and I would chop spinach tiny and say it was seasoning. lol.

There are 1001 ways to cook vegetables. You can probably cook vegetables with porridge, or you may want to make delicious soup out of the vegetables. My kids were once picky eaters too, and my wife had a hard time adapting to their taste and finally, after some trial and error, my kids started eating vegetables without much coercing.

I love to eat vegetables. I learned to eat them when I'm not even 5 years old to my memory at least. They tricked me as a fool for not eating vegetables and it provoked me to fetch lots of vegetables from the bowl and just swallow. After that I had no trouble eating veggies. I think your son would eat too if he realizes how important veggies are to health and if you tell him that I am laughing at him now because he can't eat a vegetable when I myself can.
