what is your stand on the abolition of the law protecting minors (children aged 1 month-18 years)?...,,lately there is a news stating that there is a minor in the middle east carrying a bomb and boarded on the plane..,,luckily the bomb was detected and the boy would not be imprisoned for attempted homicide because of the minority plead???.... what do you think???would you be a YES or a NO.....,,,,

I would support this law. Though if it was implemented I believe that it shouldn't be carried out half-assedly which our current legal system cannot do. I think there should be appropriate psychological profiling and emotional counseling for the kids should they go to jail. I don't know how the current system works for those who commit crime in the philippines but i do know that there are children who are are already fully aware of the consequences of their actions or are being used by criminal organizations and rely on that law for them to go through without too much trouble

Well if it is as serious as that one I guess it should be exempted from the law protecting them because it is pretty obvious that terrorist is using the kid to sow terror amongst the public. I think the child should be in custody but not imprisoned with adult jailer.
