Coated with blanket or sheet?To sleep uncovered is not an option for you?

Hi, marianna45. I like to have a blanker covered over me during the winter time. And when it is very hot, I will use a sheet. I like to feel comfortable when I have something covered over me. I don't like to wake up seeing the darkness around me.

I usually sleep on my side. My midsection has to be covered as well as my top shoulder.. I usually drag the blanket/sheet diagonally from my midsection and upward. I don't usually like to have my legs under unless they are cold.

i usually sleep with a blanket... i also cannot sleep if i am not covered unless if the weather is extremely hot... but most of the time i will cover myself with a blanket even during summer time... it just makes me feel more secure and i already get used to it... so i can't really sleep well if i didn't cover myself... take care and have a nice day...

I live in a tropical country, so sometimes, I sleep uncovered due to the heat. But most of the time, if the weather is cold, I would sleep with a blanket. I am surrounded with a lot of pillows, I have more than 5. I couldn't sleep with just one pillow on my head. I like to hug a pillow, so it must be at least two.

it depends on the climate. but usually i sleep w/o any blankets or sheet because i live in a tropical climate. kinda hot in here guys. ;)

I need tobe covered when I go to bed. I cannot sleep unless i have some sort of a blanket on. most times its all of my blankets, when it gets too hot I will have a sheet and one blanket instead of the whole set, but I need something.

i am always cold (even during the summer sometimes) so i always have to be warm before i can sleep. so i always have at least one blanket on. i also use 2 pillows behind my head and one under my knees.

I will sleep under blanks and comforter. For one reason or another, I don't feel comfortable sleeping without, at least, a sheet or comforter. I prefer both, but I could settle for either or. I know that some people can sleep without sheets or comforters at all, but I'm just not one of them. I've never really been one of them, and I'm really not sure why.

Oh I'm in the same boat as you. Even if its summertime and hot I have to still have a thin sheet covering me. I may be naked but I need that sheet, I guess its like my security blanket. During the winter months I have a flannel sheet and comforter to sleep with. I sleep with 4 pillow in my bed. One between my knees for support of my back. The others are for my head.

i like being covered well just waist down since i feel i can't breath if i cover myself with a blanket from neck below. i don't know why i can't sleep without a blanket but i feel uncomfortable at all... i know to some people it doesn't make sense but yeah even if its hot i tend to put the blanket still in my legs. i only use one blanket since in our country its very warm and i can't stand it sometimes but still will put the blanket in my legs even if i'm getting warm and all.

I'm not much of a cover or sheets kind of guy. But if the weather is too cold I always leave my feet uncovered. I don't like it warm. I like it always to be freezing cold. I enjoy it. It's always a reason for me to snuggle to my wife and be embraced like a baby. I know she loves that as well. My wife gets cold easily. She's the one who loves to sleep with the blanket on... so how am I supposed to get cuddled if I stay out of the blanket? I'm forced to go in, but still leaving part of my legs uncovered. =)

I have just one pillow, using any more tends to give me a bit of a stiff neck. As for wrapping up, well it's still very cold here on a night so we have a thick duvet and a sleeping bag opened out on top of that. We also have a fleece electric blanket and a top sheet underneath us. The summer is a totally different story, and like you I cannot sleep without something covering me. We have a beautiful bedding set that is really cool and lightweight for the summer, and no matter how hot it gets, I need to be covered.

Hello maria Lol, my place in india is not a very cool place, the weather is pleasant usually, during winter nights also i use a cotton sheet of pure cotton, it is thick though, no need of a blanket ..i need 2 pillow ofcourse.. I can't sleep without a blanket either, except mine usually has to have some kind of weight for me to feel comfortable. (Even when its hot) Sometimes I will only go for a thin blanket, but I have trouble falling asleep when I do that. I only have one pillow and that's enough for me.

Well i feel am more secured and comfortable when i cover with blanket. But i read, we should never cover our forehead and top head. May be we can close till eyes as we need fresh air oxygen while sleeping.
