How to Loose weight????

Hey mylotters, Can You help me in reducing my weight.. can you tell me the best way to reduce weight.....

- Eat healthy foods (fruits and vegetables), balanced meals and avoid sugars and food with fat contents; - Exercice everyday: a little walk of 30mn per day or jogging every morning or go to the swimming pool weekly; - Try some plants like green tea which contains many healthy vertues for health and is good for losing weight (i have write an anticle on it in my blog); - Light products.

Eat less, eat healthier, exercise more? Don't go down too fast, there's been studies that indicate that the best rate is about 400 grams a week, and that you should have some periods in which you go for keeping the weight stable so that your brain get used to the new weight. Our brains are programmed to think that fat is good (for survival). Exercise is also important, but I bet you've heard that before :-) But you don't have to start running, joining a gym etc, depending on how much you already do you can get more exercise by changing your everyday routines. Start talking the stairs instead of the elevator, walk to the store if possible, if you're taking the bus, get off one stop before and walk home. If you don't have children, go visit a friend who has and play with them for some hours. You'll have fun and get fitter at the same time :-)

Hi, Truth, The best and free way to loose weight is not to eat. Just eat one time a day. and another is running, exercise, swimming but by doing this your body looses energy, so your body need food to balance. The best way is not to eat. The truth is hidden in food. The food is making you fat.

hi! i think there are really many and different ways to lose a weight, if you want to become slimmer, but eating less is the final decision only if nothing else helps. there are really many healthy diets, when you could eat meat and all other things you like, but also eat many fruits and vegetables, which contain enzymes, which open up the fats in the organism!
