Do you still play in the sand on the beach?

The question I asked is mainly directed to making sand castles and/or sculpting in the sand on the beach; I,even at this ripe age, do try my hand at making small sculptures in the sand whenever I am on the beach( I stay just 10 buildings away from the seashore) after we have walked a bit and resting. Earlier when younger we used to play football or volleyball and lots of games full of activity which used to give a good aerobic sort of exercise and leave us tired after which we always had freshly opened coconut water. What about you ??

Not anymore. These days if I hit the beach with my family, so I just want to relax under the umbrella, close my eyes and feel the ocean breeze, and here and there watching my two daughters build those castle and play in the sand.

Hahaha...not anymore. Besides...my kids usually don't want me to help when they build those sand castle. They only call me to take picture when the castle is done..LOL...say cheese !

Its good as children generally to make and play mostly with their fellow friends.

I love playing in the sand! It is the best feeling. I love trying to build a sand castle which ends up looking like a lump in the sand. I love playing with it in my hands and feeling the roughness of it. makes me feel like a kid again

Yes - the feeling of white fresh clean sand is altogether a different experience- you can't express that.

Hi,udayrao,I seldom play sand on the beach,believe or not,I have never built a sand castle or sculpture.I just sit and watch them play sand.Have a nice weekend and enjoy mylotting.

oh yes, udayrao, i love to build sand castles when i am on the beach.the sand are so inviting to walk on and what better ways to let our imagination takes wings and buid sand castles. i build small and medium sand castles. after that , i need to rest and i often take coconut water to quench my thirst. the beach and sand is always good and refreshing. watch the morning sun and the sunset in the evening. watch the stars at night and make wishes for every one here on mylotters.

I still have the tendency to burry my friends in the sand. I tried my hand at building a castle, but to no avail. I just cannot do it. So my friends are used as plants, even if only the heads start to grow. We are never to old to have some fun. TATA.
