I have chicken for dinner (leftover from yesterday). I made it over onions julienne, carrots and some sweet pepper I found in the fridge. I´ll make some fried rice as side dish for today as there´s more juice than chicken now. I also like this chicken with hot mashed potatoes. Coming to think of it, i´m eating a lot more chicken than before now and less red meat. Chicken can beprepared in a lot of nice ways.

Well, we already had dinner and I made Thai green curry with rice. It was a beautiful dinner. Unfortunately I cannot say that I made the curry sauce myself, it was out of a jar, but it was the most authentic thai sauce I have ever had out of a jar.

I'm of West Indian decent and making curry is easy but yet a art in its self that only season veterans can finesse. I like Thai curry too with some duck at times, just thinking about it makes me hungry.

i am preparing dinner this evening. i am cooking white rice, cabbage soup ,freshly cut cucumbers, fish fillets and steamed chicken for the family. for desserts i have papayas and pineapples . that will be enough small helpings for everyone in my family. i like cooking small portions after learning not to cook large helpings and have to keep in the fridge to eat the next day. now everyday is daily fresh meal.

George and I are going to order out. The dial to our bulit-in stove timmer broke down last night and its been buzzing non-stop. I cut off the power from the eletrical power to shut the device off for the time being. We had matanince in here today trying to fix it when they came to the hair brain conclusion, it was broken. That paragraph was totally off-topic, but it brings up part of a point. I'm getting garlic butter speggetti and George is getting lazana. Either one of those go with chicken. You can also have a chineese stir fry if you want too.
