Are you a sound sleeper?

Well, frankly speaking, I am the most soundest sleeper you can ever imagine. I love to sleep and it has been incorporated in my mind as a habit! If I am tired, I sleep like a man without rest for 9 days. But, normally 8 hours of comfortable sleeping would do good! What about you?

Throughout my life I have been through stages of being a very sound sleeper and stages of being one of the lightest sleepers that someone has ever met. From the time I was a child I was a very sound sleeper, but then I had children. When my daughter was born I was a feather light sleeper, I would wake up every time that she so much as moved. Then between my daughter's birth and that of my son I was a moderate sleeper. I was a light sleeper when Paul was little and now that he is getting older I'm becoming a sound sleeper again.

I'm not really a sound sleeper unless I'm super tired. If I'm really tired then I can go to bed and not hear anything and wake up hours lately completely unaware of anything that may have happened during the night. Other times, loud noises will suddenly wake me up and I'm not sure why because I'll have been in such a sound sleep.

I like to sleep too, especially if I am very wasted after long time without sleep or by having a really hard work day. 8 hours of sleep are a little bit not enough for me, I would do with 9 or 10 hours. But during the work week I don't have such chance, so I must usually get by with 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

No, i only sleep six hours a day, mondays to sundays. Any sound will wake me and then sleep is over for me. Maybe i need a nice little holiday, to rectify this. TATA.

hell0! I guess I am not, because from about several months I sleep alone in my room and there is no one to hear me if I snore or not :) even when I lived by my parents, my sister or someone else haven't said me that I snore, so that's why I guess I am not a sound sleeper!

Yes, I am a sound sleeper, at first I cannot believe that but my brother, my friends, my father, and mother told me that I sleep soundly.

If I'm really very tired I will sleep very soundly. However, most times I sleep very lightly and every noise I hear I wake up. Which prevents me from having a good night sleep. There are times that I hear things but I think its all in my dreams but it wakes me up and I have to go around investigating to make sure everything is ok. I would love to get 8 hours of restful sleep but it seems as I have gotten older that will never happen. I get an average of about 6 hours of sleep night, which is just not enough.

I have to say,I wish I was a sound sleeper.I have problems sleeping, due to stress,so most of the time I'm awake.I'll be finally seeing a doctor for it tomorrow,so hopefully he can make me a sound sleeper then.
