I just count from 1 to 10 and breathe deeply. Imagine a beach with white sand on a beautiful sunny day, and the temper, anxiety, and the nervousness is gone.

I think about how my ex was tricked into falling in love with someone online... who turned out to be a gay man pretending to be a woman. I tried to tell my ex, but he refused to believe me. So I definitely get the last laugh on that one, and when I think about it, I just start laughing like a little kid, no matter what else is going on. Even now I have to stifle the giggles! Stupidity is priceless :)

It depends sometimes I calm down right away and feel mad at myself for getting that upset. I also pray and ask God to give me strength. I also journal and get my frustrations out that way. You say whatever you want and get it off your chest. The one thing you don't want to do is stay mad it won't do you any good. You don't want to harm yourself or anyone else either. Use journaling as form to express yourself. You are going to be okay in school. I was never a A or B student and I think I turned out alright. I got mostly C's and at times I did get a D. Math and Science I always had trouble in. Everyone has had a bad subject in school. As long as you are trying your best that is all anyone can expect. God Bless & Peace my friend

I normally listen to some music. If that doesn't help, i call my best friend and he just have to cheer me up or try at least. But nowadays, nothing seems to work. TATA.

These days many situations in life are making human beings to get aggravated for others are creating such situations - and hence the disturbance is making every one to go into temper burning . But cannot help. We have to live. When every such situation arises - I just move away from my place or divert my thoughts on some important thing or drink a glass of water and sit cool in from of TV to observe some entertainment program me.

Music is always my remedy in dealing with my emotions. And it really works for me. I hope it works for you too. When I get nervous, like when I'm in a job interview, I just take a deep breath.

I cry and write poems... When I'm really angry and cannot do something to it I only can do is cry, cry, cry..... After that I feel way better than when I do not release what I feel.

I walk away from the problem. Try to not think of it. If nervous about something just pee. One more thing think that you can be very successful. Think possitive
