Somethings wrong with the Search Engine..

Just now doing my myLot activities, I tried to search something in myLot, putting it in discussions and search for "Hurt Locker" then after wards it shows the results but I'm not log in? It says sign up or sign in above. Then I said it must be just a glitch so I signed again and now I'm using two tabs for myLot in firefox and I search again "Hurt Locker", to my surprise I was log out again then when I refresh the other tab I was still signed in...?? I don't understand. Is there something wrong with the Search Engine just now? Has anyone have this? I hope I'm not the only one having this problem here.

Clear your cookies and log back in and it will work fine again.

I see. So it was my computer it not myLot? I've always clear my cookies everyday. This is the first time it happened here in myLot and I also missed the reward in the search engine awh. Oh well I'm clearing it now and I hope it would be okay because I can't really use the search engine.

I have not used the mylot search today. Sometimes I find it inconvenient when I wanted to search while I am in the midst of mylotting. How do you do it? Do you need to use two tabs or have to close your mylot page and return to it again after finishing your search.

I sometimes use 2 or more tabs usually in commenting other people in myLot. I only use one tab for searching myLot discussions and sometimes in doing my research in school. I do get credit sometimes depending on my activity but I was just shocked when it told me to "sign up" in myLot when I already did.

i have the same problem, theres also a time that when i search for a discussion i received a pop up window saying congratulations then when i read the content of it it says to try next time and i might going to get some rewards, im not sure if i already get rewards o it or its just an error, besides theres no info that i get a certain amount as a reward so im not sure if i already got one or not.

I think it could be a bug in the system. Alice has warned us we may run into a few bug problems here and there. Its very possible this is what had happened. At least I'm assuming that's probably what happened. I would adress it as a possible bug. I just used the search yesterday and I did not run into that problem.
Be sure your cookies are set to on and try cleaning out your browser cashe to help prevent further problems.

I use mylot's search engine every i log in here, all fine i had not trouble in this. Perhaps this is not only trouble in mylot but also in your browser. i hope with clear all cookies and browsing history in your browser, it will be fine. You can compare to use other browser and do some activities in mylot. Have a nice day.

ya... sometimes i too fine this same problem, but it not occurring every time.. just delete cookies and try..
