Apparently, this isn't the first time this woman thought t was OK to garden in nothing but pasties, a thong and gardening gloves? And she did it in the FRONT Yard across the street from a playground?

For real??? She's not wearing a top?? even a sando? it isn't proper, but, it's not illegal in western country though.
May be you can ask your grandma or mom to talk to her.. she might listen. .

This was an ILLEGAL act, despite what others on here may say. "Indecent Exposure" is against the law, and she was extremely indecent! In front of a playground? Disgusting!!!
*Do you know that if you are walking around naked INSIDE your house, and someone see's you through a window, they can report you.*
I think this woman must have had a few screws loose. What was she thinking!??!

She should try the back yard and put a big fence up around her if she wants to let it all hang out.

whew!how could she do that when the sun would burn her skin!and besides, it is not proper to go out of the house topless!why don't you send someone to tell her about it,lol!but anyway, i don't have really any idea why anybody would do that.

hi coffeegurl well from the comments I read there she was 62 which
usually means some wrinkles and gravity let downs, I really think
if she did not want to gross out people at least put on a t shirt'
and shorts. some say she had wrinkles,well sure lots of people do
at that age but why expose them to the whole world? She may not
have broken any laws yet again maybe she made someone ill at their'
tummy? cover up a bit and she would be much more alluring really.
