Cell Phone - Cell Phone
Yes...definitely.I alway's believe in one thing...not to pick any call when you are on the move..just because, nothing is more precious than your own life...isn't it? you can alway's stop the car if there is any space around or else, you can call back later when you are free...but, definitely not on the move....!

cellphone hazards - talking on a cell phone while driving is a serious offence
yes ofcourse, its common sense..... we just cannot drive the car by talking on the cellphone, it will distract our concentration and hence leads to accidents

The problem is not with limiting response time so much, but with not paying attention to what's happening on the road. Of course, talking with someone in the car can also be a distraction, along with eating, drinking, fiddling with the radio, etc.

Yes it does. Recently I was watching a tv program where they were simulating driving conditions. It was proved that your response time slows down when you are on a cell phone and you know that it is test conditions. So avoid using cell phone while driving. In some countries it is illegal to use a cell phone while driving.

YES!! Thats why they are banning the use of talking on your cell phone while you are driving unless you are using speaker phone, corded headset, or a bluetooth headset.

I think they do because they distract the driver's attention from the road to whoever/whatever they're talking to/about. When on the phone you don't act as quickly as you would if you weren't.

Definitely. I have actually witnessed accidents occur when one driver has been on a cell phone and have nearly been hit myself by a car driver on a phone.

yes it does, a lot of places have baned it and are giving out fines if you get caught talking on a cell phone while driving. i think it should be a law for everyone.

Of course they do. When people are driving they should be focused on driving, not talking on the phone.
