Are there task we can do here in mylot that can enhance our earnings? If there is would you be kind enough to share? Thanks in advance to all of you.

There most certainly are! 
See the menu bar toward the top of your screen? It says home, then interests, then discussions, and then tasks. Move your mouse over the tasks and choose "available" and you'll see a list of tasks you can choose to complete.
