what is the appropriate exercise to reduce fat in the abdomen.

my stomach is a bit bloated. i've do exercise like sit up and, jogging. but it doesn't show the maximum result. what do you think i must do? and what exercise to maximum reduce the fat?

Hey, why not try crunches?? They are the best ones to make your fat disappear - well, it ma give you a cramp in the first month, but if you get used, it will reduce your tummy!!

Crunches works for abdominal fats. It does not take one to two months to make your fats disappear,it takes in the long run. Consider patience in doing that.

Try doing sit-ups with your feet lifted at 90 degree angle all the time. It puts extra pressure on your six pack and boosts the effectiveness of the exercise.

Hi farid, I suggest you to do a sit up! This can reduce the fat in the abdomen,start in few and gradually do it a bit longer.And avoid sitting after a meal stand for at least 15 minutes having the food to be digest before sitting!Accumulation of fats in the belly is normal when you're not having enough exercise on it.I have a very special exercise over my belly I used holla hoop if you're familiar with it,I used to do that every morning for 20 minutes and in the every evening for also 20 mins.It keeps my belly in shape and my waist area a better shape as well. wow i always sit up but jogging rarely. i will try to use my hoola hoop and nost sit after eat. thanks.
