Leading at 2nd minutes, rooney gives man.united a chance go to semi final in champions league again. Muenchen playing dominantly and their goalkeeper also playing well to maintain united's counter attack. Luckily ribery's ball bounces from united's defender while doing free kick and it makes a goal easily since van der sar thought the ball is going to out. At injury time olic make a goal fastly after snatch bouncing ball from united's defender and i guess united playing over convidence so they often made a mistake with defender. And sadly, rooney was injury suddenly, i don't know what has happened at the end of match but it seems seriously. So what do you think about it guys? Can man.united maintain their performance now?

Man United is a strong and a little luck did lose the game with Bayern. I understand that Rooney will miss the weekend game with Chelsea only until the return game will be good. Man United will qualify for sure, no I see something in a state of Bayern.

Revenge for 1999. Remember the two goals late on by Manchester United to put Bayern into misery. Of course, Man U still have the home leg, to win this tie, but they will now know how it feels to be on top of a match for so long and then loose. Munich dominated the game and I was pleasantly surprised to see their fluency, though their last ball was a bit disappointing most of the time. Olic worked his socks off and would have had a hat trick if not for poor finishing from him. But he very well deserved the last minute goal for his efforts. Now this makes the second half more interesting. More importantly will Rooney's injury affect the Man U's charge for the Premier League title. Cheers! Ram

I was gutted when the second goal went in for Bayern. I thought that at 1-1 we would see out the final few minutes but they got the winner late on. I was saddened to see the Injury to Rooney and hope it's not serious but he looked in a lot of pain. I still feel Manchester United will go through at Old Trafford next Wednesday.

Hi icecubic I really liked how both teams played this game, specially first period. I was supporting both maybe a bit more for manchester united(valencia ftw). They made a mistake on the second goal. I think they thought referee was going to sanction a free kick. Anyway the second game is still for anyone. Manchester scoring on germany would certainly be very helpful.

Unfortunately, I'm not looking to match. I preferred to watch a St Johnstone - Rangers and i made a big mistake. From what I understood was a lucky goal From what I understood was a lucky goal. Although I lost the stick all the Man United tour to see her favorite move forward, probably probably in the championship game a little tired, but Rooney is ready to stick back with 2 goals and Alex Ferguson certainly do not think it will lose qualification. Glory Glory Man United :P
