and started getting it digital on a website to save paper? i never was big into the newspaper anyways but i am signed up to several news sources so im always emailed any news and i dont think i miss out on too much (when i can keep up on reading them lol) and i know with magazines that i got a free subscription to they just end up sitting around and i hate to think that trees went to waste for that which is why im cutting all of them out! do you get your news digitally or the old fashioned paper way? do you worry that the paper being used is hurting the environment? do you think that you would be missing out on some news by going digital?

Absolutely, newspapers and magazines account to maximum number of trees being cut. Its time newspaper and magazine companies start recycling their own stuff for a better environment. They should realize that their profit is slowly causing great damage to the environment and only by reusing the paper they can help save a lot of trees. I now read news online, and have subscribed to magazines through email.

Hi moonlitmagikchild, I rarely bought a newspaper now-a-day since I can access it through internet. I did not subscribe to any newspaper. But I do bought it sometimes especially if the insert some special edition that I can not get it online. I usually only bought Friday The Star newspaper here. They have a football section that I do not want to miss out. I actually never think about the tree they need to cut off to produce this paper. It is because even though I did not bought it, the tree is already been cut off and the newspaper is already in the store.

I dont think ive ever actually subscribed to a paper in paper format. I usually just read it at the library if theres something im hoping to find...buy a copy if i want to keep it or read it online. I read it online more often than not.
