Hi
Yes, you are right the nail that stands out the most, gets hammered the most.
But, One man makes the difference, If you are in love with some one, that one person will make lot of difference to you, for sure.
If a crowd is confused and does not know where to go, then one man, the leader, who will guide them will make lot of difference to the crowd.
Agree?

Hi
yes you are right, the leader always runs that risk of getting rejected bu followers. But if he keeps interest of followers in mind while leading, that risk is minimized.

I don't know what do you have in mind. But yes i do believe that one man can move mountains metaphorically speaking. The image of mother Theresa a catholic nun and her work in India is a an example of this. Her poor lifestyle have moved several people to help their brethren and those who are poor. So yes even one person can make a difference in the world.

Simple don't use nails. OOOOZE out the glue. Stuck before they can pick up a hammer. More change is done behind the scenes than you ever know out front. Example: How many of man's actions were influenced by their women????? None??? Yea, keep believing that one.

Someone once told me: "If you don't have haters, you're doing it wrong."
Which means that if you're one person who is different from the rest, making a difference and being the best there is at what you do and you don't have people hating on you or trying to impede your progress, you're not doing it right.

Well, I do believe that one person can make a difference. I know of some people in History that have made a great impact in our lives.. may it be of the things they do or the things that they have done. I am sure each of has a chance to do it, but the thing is, it requires a lot of things... character, integrity, skills, knowledge, and many more. It also entails sacrifice and giving up on something to excel on the other thing.

No. One person cannot do it alone. We need each other to help each other.

people have their own free-will. They can do what they want to. But for things that should make it one to live the way they sould be one must take a lot of sacrifice or making a change in history for mankind. Any one has the capacity to change or alter history and only a decision to make. Infulence spread fast in changing one realm.
