My house locate at a old community, we use a old method to pay for electricity. Yesterday is a holiday in my country, all community work people are on vocation after I found no electricity useful for me. So,I pass the whole day without electricity. Many times, I turn on the light instinctive but remember that is a no electricity day, some times, I want to turn on the television but remember that is a no electricity day, some times try to start pc and washing machine. At night, we have a romantic activity, we hold a cup of tea and go to internet bar. It is a unnatural day. So, what if no electricity in the whole world for one day?

1 whole day? Wow.. I don't think I can survive.. but if batteries can last a whole day, why not...especially if it's for go green. But I think we have to save energy no matter what day it is.. that's more better than anything else.

It will be a bad day for me if there is no electricity. I don't have more entertainment because I can't use computer and watch TV. There is no light. And it is harder to cook because of no electricity. And I think it is a bigger problem in the hospital. Today the electricity is just so important. We can't waste the electricity but it doesn't mean that we don't use it at all to save the world. Because the replacement can be a bigger pollution for the world. If no lights, then at least we have to light up the candles etc. I love China

I think it would be clearly good for all of us for once. But I doubt it'll be good for most of the countries covered in snow. I think many people will die of cold if those countries didn't have electricity. However, with all those grim stuff aside, I think we would be once again called 'human'. We don't need to sit in front of our pcs all day, instead people would go out to meet their friends and family. People will play games that don't require electricity. People would just be doing their own thing without depending so much on electricity. Appliances would be of no use, television and internet would be shut down. For once in a long while, we could be how our past generations were - people and not robots.

I would read. I love reading, I do it a lot in the summer time. I will spend hours and hours out in the sun reading, and at night with the camping light, or the fire, or a candle. With appreciation.

i guess theres a problem if theres no electricity specially to business establishment as they will lose big income even if its just for one day. besides since its summer here and very hot, i dont think i will survive in a day without AC or fan. i need it to make me feel cool or i will feel dizzy.

i think that is really going to be a disaster for the world. as world is running on computers first. and i dont think every one has enough backup to run electricity for one day i think hospitals will suffer. communication devices will not be able to do. atomic reactor and other security devices will suffer. trains will stop. those are just some examplesjavascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$cphMainContent$lbStart','')

I think the best is not only the electricity but also the cars and other mechanical or electronics. Just for one day of being with nature. I think that will be good for our world. A one day rest from busy life.

if it is just one day well there would be panic cause you'll be worrying for your love ones mostly if their work is outside the country but it has also a good side we help mother earth just like we did the Earth Hour for a day hahaha
