A house is probably the most important buying decision you will ever make. What doyou consider to be the most important factors to choose one house rather than another. In my case I give a lot of importance to location since i prefer to say in the same area where i was born, and space in the rooms.

I think the main factor should be location.... A house is a big investment and most people intend to stay there for the life of the loan so you need to make sure you are ready to make the plunge and stay in that location for years to come.... Then the factors of schools, price and etc.... comes into play

In my country it is practically impossible to buy a house without taking a loan, and t is such a burden! For 30 or more years, so this makes the buying decisionmore difficult and worth thinking for a lot of time and consider everything very well.

ASPECTS TO BE CONSIDER IN BUYING A HOUSE: *Location *Place *Design, plan of the house *Foundation of the houe *Right appraisal of price - I like place which is peaceful and safe to live with. - I want to have clean surroundings and refreshing. - I also consider the transportation is easy. - Not prone in flood, and other natural harm. - The house is in good condition. No illegal linings that can lead to fire. - Accesible.

Then also I would make sure the documents are complete and clean .Clean title, taxes, etc. In order to avoid some problems in the future. Documents are very important so you should verify that it is legal.

Location is important (cheap houses in the worst parts of detroit are cheap for a reason :P) Questions that would pop into my mind. "Any problems with structural integrity?" "Not near any major fault lines is it?" (can't blame me after three major earthquakes in the past 4 months.) "No termites or similar problems?" "plumbing checks out ok?" "No major fire hazards, and wiring is A'Ok?" "Not in a flood zone?" "Area has a reasonable crime rate, What kind of crime rate? Are there a lot of robberies in the area?" Those are pretty typical. Here are my more personal ones. "Will I be able to heat this afford-ably in the winter?" "Can it strike that cozy feeling?" "Nice big rooms... I don't need that, maybe one big room... Otherwise it's just wasting space to me." "Bathroom looks decent." (I don't like scary bathrooms, in my opinion, if you only have time/budget to cosmetically fix up one room in your house, it should be the bathroom, followed closely by the kitchen. Possibly the other way around if your bathroom is in acceptable condition and your kitchen isn't. But those two take priority.) "Yard size is large enough? Yard enough to play in is important." "Can I possibly afford this without taking out a huge bank loan that will keep me in debt for 30 years and end up paying double the cost of the house?"

Very good points to think about. It is a major decision when buying a home and so many factors come into play.

Location. Location. Location and when you buy a home always think about the features that will appeal to the maximum amount of buyers when you sell it. A good home inspection is critical to ensure the structural integrity of the home. You'll also want to look at the surrounding area. I wouldn't purchase a home that is on a major throughfare and I also wouldn't want a home that is near anything that will have objectionable noise levels like a freeway, airport etc.

I consider the location of the house.I consider if it's near my workplace.I consider if it is near a store/grocery,hospital,and school.I consider also the house if it accommodate more people and the space.I consider if the place is easily accessible to friends or relatives who might want to visit.

Everybody has different criteria when buying a house. Mine are the location and the price, of course! Well, it's important for us to buy a house which is near to our workplace and relatives houses. We finally bought our very first house yesterday and I'm so delighted. Our struggle on savings now have been paid off.

the most important to consider is you and your family must be comfortable inside and outside of the house. you should also consider the sanitation, & must have an ease access to all your everyday needs

The first thing I would really consider is the location since here in our country (I'm from Philippines) flood is so rampant. I wanted to be situated somewhere that we couldn't be flooded easily. Also, it must be located somewhere that we have an easy access to malls, hospitals, public transport and the like. Then Second, is the space of the house/ rooms. It is important since it must be something that everyone in the family will be comfortable with the space we have.
