Working From Home, How Well Does it Really Pay?

I have been looking around, and trying to find work from home, but I cannot seem to find any that do not require hours and hours of work for literally pennies. Paid to read emails are a joke! It takes several hours to click on each, click the verification that it was read, and then get paid a half a cent, for several hundred emails, totalling what...? Fifty cents! I have tried this with many websites, and it takes a month (at least) to reach payout (like ten dollars). Are there any real options that might make a good supplemental income?

It doesn't pay. You already know that. Lots of liars will come out of the woodwork claiming to earn hundreds of dollars a day. Just wait and see. If you were earning that well, would you waste your time here?

lol I knot what you mean. While I can wish all I want to earn hundreds of dollars in a day, I know that it will not be possible. What I am aiming for at first is maybe even 20 to 50 a day. I do not think that this is unreasonable. I just do not know how to get started. And yes, I would still waste my time here because I like the conversations people start, and I was hoping to find someone honest enough to give me good information, not market their site or something. Thanks for you input though. I really appreciate it.
