Woooooow i completed one of the rigorous workout at the gym one hour back-----i never worked so hard in the last one year.Above all i seem to have successfully completed one Full body work out for the very first time---which wasnt the case before----i divide my workouts for an entire week---first day for chest, second for Abs and bla bla bla----so never thought of working on the entire body at a time. Every thing was fine until i reach home and had a shower----Grrrrhhhh little did i know that i was putting so much pressure on my muscles---they started showing some signs now and its pretty hard to move my hands---they seem to have got struck How about you then----Ever had any experience with Extra-work outs---OR you're really comfortable with your daily routine. Majority of human mankind aren't conscious about their body structure---they find it hard(they least care about it ) to visit gym regularly. Do You categorise yourself under the Majority(Hate) or Minority(Love) of those folks who workout on a regular basis?

It's wonderful weather to walk, but my tooth is hurting, so can't think about exercise. That might make it hurt more, lol!

Yeah, it dipped down to 50F degrees last night and it's gonna be 80 today. I hear it's freezing in Germany. A military guy who's shippin' out to Iraq today called the radio station last night to mention how Brrr it was over there.

BB, are you FREAKING NUTS?? Do you have any idea what damage you could have done. I think you need to relax a bit. Or try cycling, that will keep you out of trouble.

I'm in the middle and do not visit the gym, but where most people have an easy chair in the living room I have a mini-trampoline, as I'd rather jump than sit. I bike ride and bowl and swim and garden, so I get my exercise outdoors as well.

Lol, sunnycool, I don't have any extra fat! But it is still good to stay in shape. I think exercise is good for mental health, too.

Swimming can help us to get rid of those extra calories and so is bike riding----these are good alternatives who aren't fond of working in gym's---all we need is to burn those extra fat right whilst enjoying excercise we follow

I walk and I stretch. I haven't done any kind of workouts at a gym in quite a long time. Can I see how hard your muscles are?

Hi Sunny, I am enjoying my gym workouts too. I love the feeling and the great result i am enjoying with all the sacrifices as i do workouts. I can say that I am in the minority who truly loves workouts.

two hours per day. i do aerobics first then followed by gym workouts--thread mill, lifting and enjoy the rest of the equipment in the gym. i focus on my abs.

I never tried that heavy works out, just a normal work out a 45 minutes cardio is well enough for me and rush to the sauna room or have a steam bath is good enough for me,and the outcome is just fine...

Girls are more into Swimming if i'm not wrong(that would detoriate their skin tone though coz of the bleaching levels in the pool)---do you work out every day or once in a blue moon?

I do work out everyday, not once in a blue moon,I like swimming too but on summer,I just cannot stand a lot of people in the pool.

hi sunny, well i am not into going to gyms for work out or whatever but i wish i could. its just that i am kinda lazy going there? hehe specially if i don't have a company. but i think mmy works in the house is good enough for me. haha i'm happy for you that you were able to do that and achieve what you wanted...but don't over do it. just do everything in moderation... by the way, was that your body in your avatar? was it the result of your workouts?

can you please show me those girls who put on so much of fat after joining Gym classes lol---actually its true that you gain weight when you stop your workouts---it depends on the kinda food you take---if you're fond of junk food then you would see fat on all the wrong parts .The very second one--Tshirt

If you have enough work at home there is no reason for you to be in the gym ckyera ---we must indulge in activities which interests us rather than pushing ourselves. My abs are better than these---i hope you remember that pic though

Darn I was hoping you couldn't move at all for three to four months Good thing that you managed to typed this discussion I'm guessing your finger muscles weren't affected . Anyway I want to do some work outs too but I just can't seem to insert it on my schedule every day

I don't see a point in joining a gym (not that I could afford it anyway) but when I was in school I was on the bike for the entire class period (about an hour) and by the time it was time for me to change clothes, I was week and could barely walk. (again not that I was good at it to start with.) I learned then and there that gyms aren't for me or I shouldn't do so much. My parents though had different ideas and often would push me to hard. They once made me ride a stationary bike for over an hour while I listened to a cd that was over an hour long. I refused to do it after that.

That must be pretty hard on your part---working out is some thing which is related to ones mind they should be well aware of what they're doing and looking for---forcing someone into gym wouldnt work and by your response you seem to be skinny

I always admire people who work out in gym regularly without break for their dedication. But I am one among those who feel the time spent in going to gym and coming back could be utilized in the house itself for some effective exercises. Sometimes when I restart doing my exercises after some gap, I had the experience of extra work outs. My daily routine also comprises of preferring to walk than using vehicle and preferring to climb up or down the stairs without using the elevator.

Its been proven that people who workout at gyms are more dedicated and buildup good muscle than those who work out in their home----we might think that it saves enough of money but nope---we tend to feel lazy when we workout in home---and i dont think i would fall under those dedicated group lol---i skipped my routine for the entire winters and i started workingout from january onwards---i used to play volley ball in winters though which helped me in maintaining my body
