Most things you can find in the fresh food area, yes but what about when you are out and about? Some things are harder to pick out then. That is why tend to enjoy to eat indoors. I enjoy my own home cooked foods and I really think that the natural stuff is the best way to keep fat off. For drinks I drink green tea and protein shake with some supplements. What about you?

I nearly always cook and eat at home. I try to get as many vegetables in a day as I can and that helps because there isn't any room left for junk food. Staying away from soft drinks and high fructose corn syrup has helped me a lot.

I know what you mean, I try not to buy bad things. I know it can be hard when you are out with friends but I think it is a matter of choice and just making sure you make the right ones at any moment with what is available. I mean like picking out something that is not so bad. I do like to have good things in the house to eat too and you are right the more good food I eat the better I feel and the less room there is for the bad stuff, now we all should just make it a habit and then we don't have to think so hard about it as it would then just come naturally to us. Hope your having a good day and thanks for responding.

I drink a lot of GRAPE-FRUIT juice as I know it is a fat burner and yes some days a week I take and green tea but it is a bit hard for my stomach.

I think oats is my friend to keep from fat. I like its smell, so smooth and smells good. No woman wants to get fat, but nice food seemed so much and full of high oil! Why did not the scientists make some delicious but low fat food for women? To add up, water helps me control my appetite. Have a nice day and hope you a nice body shape! Enjoy your food anyway!

They do say to drink water rather than drinking anything else that has sugar or milk in it.They say to avoid dairy products rather than to eat it as they seem to make you gain weight.Salads are good for you as long as you do not put all the dressing on it as that is also a weight gainer for you.Hope that helps you a bit.

Yes water is the best thing to drink when trying to drop a few. It is really good for you and also helps to keep you hydrated. I think it is the number one drink if it is filtered or clean. I think it is important to drink as much as much as you can of clean water. I also think clean good food is the way to go too. I know milk is important source of calcium for some but there are natural calcium supplement powder, I seen some at the health shop.
