Can I again try blogger ?

I have already started discussion about my blog got deleted by Google due to reason spamming..Even though I didn't spam..they deleted my blog...After a lot of searches I found Yola,weebly are good but I didn't see much facilities available with them..So I just thought to give a another try in blogger..What do you guys say whether I can try or not because no other platform is good like blogger..Not only myself when I contacted them I saw lot of similar questions asked by other users that my blog deleted please restore..but there is no way of restoring them..
So tell me how I can avoid spam blogs ?..They are not telling exactly what is spam blog otherwise I would have rectified it..so can I give a final try in blogger ?

Hi Gany, Blogger has very clear policy on what is allowed and what is not allowed in their blogs.
You cannot promote referral link or create banners to put in your blog at Blogger. Affiliate link is allowed but must use nofollow tag. The blog must have sufficient content, meaning blog posts with enough words and beneficial to the readers.
If your intention is to get referrals, then you can forget about creating a blog. If your intention is to share your personal experience about making money online, then a blog is good.

I have had the same thing happen to my Blogger account, except they didn't accuse of spamming or anything at all. They didn't even bother to reply to my e-mails! I had my site for several years with blogger, then one day without explanation I couldn't sign in and the account was gone, together with my e-mail account.
I have now opened a free blogger account with wordpress direct. They are great, ready prepared for search engines etc. I also have one with Weebly, and I link the two together. I have a new blog with blogger.com and I just post very occasionally and will never rely on blogger.com again. _Derek

can you get a person on the phone at Blogger? I think you should mention this to them and find out what went wrong before you try another blog that may run into the same issues. It could be a new guideline you are not aware of.

A spam blog is one that constantly promotes things, or has content that is considered unsuatable to the couminity in general. If you were deleted for this reason, it is advised that you don't try it again. You could have your account permently banned.
Try live journal, type pad, or word press. Those are also some good blogging platforms as well.

If we promote then they consider that as a spam blog..? I never know this information..but there are lot of blogs that promotes..And Is there any guidelines that we should not promote in blogs...? Can you tell me i will be helpful...Thanks for the information..
