Hello! If you'd tell us where you're from it would probably be find something new for you but anyway, here is my favourite dish: lasagne. I don't like meat so much so I make with lots of vegetables and cheese. Yummy! We're eating the traditional ones (my great-granny's recipe) only on special occasions since my dad is the family's layer man!! I also make cakes with veggies, cheese and bacon or ham. Once you've got a nice batter, you can add pretty much everything you want. Cakes are great cause usually I eat some after baking it and freeze the rest. Next time you want something quick you just have to reach for a piece (I cut the cake and wrap the pieces before putting it in the freezer) and you can eat it warm or cold and add stuff to have a quick and ne meal. I usually make French or Italian or my own recipes. Today I made a pie with filo pastry, it's my first time using filo pastry for a pie so let's hope it'll turn good. It's n the oven now and it smells pretty damn good already! Bon appétit!

Here are two favorites of mine. Pasta. Love it could eat it every day. I like to cut zucchini, summer squash and red pepper into matchstick shapes and saute them along with sliced mushrooms and a little garlic. I put the mixture along with a little olive oil and crushed red pepper to add a little kick on top of the pasta. My second favorite is a vegetarian taco salad. Romaine lettuce. Red onion. Avocado. Tomatoes and scallions. I saute cubed tofu in place of meat and serve it with an olive oil based dressing.
