Good old homecooked food always perks up my day, just something simple. I'm sure everyone has there own way to cheer themselves up , I guess with most people it's just simple small things that can change their day. So how do you react to feeling blue. ? Have a stress free day.

For me it's some sort of creativity, doing something useful, but sometimes this just takes the edge off it, makes it managable.

I agree, alittle bit of exercise or a activity can be good for you. I try to do something that I can see a final result for even if it's only doing the hoovering. That little bit of satisfaction you get does help.

Hi HADDOWZ, I just call up people who are close to me. They always cheer me up. Not to mention, my husband never lets me get upset. I am so thankful to him. Thanks.

Speaking to good friends and close family certainly can cheer you up. Talking away daily stresses and strains is a very good simple idea. Just having someone who listens not matter what is nice. Thanks for your constructive input.

Honestly speaking? Nothing beats making slow sweet love to my wife as the most natural and spirit lifting remedy whenever I have the blues. It all starts with a rub on the back and the rest is history.

I'll try to talk to my brother or my best friend. Or I take my dog for a walk :) Listening to uplifting music helps, too :) And eating chocolate :)
