neobux suspended my account.....=(

I registered in neobux a few months ago and I was suppose to make my first cash out but my account was suppended for clicking the advertisements in a computer that has been registered to neobux also. They said I violated 2.8 rule where in says only one computer is allowed to view the ads. At that day, my friend havent viewed his ads yet and I was thinking it was okay. We know he will not be able to view it anymore after I open them but to our disappointment, we could use both our accounts. I was diligent clicking all those ads just to get my first payout but I couldnt because of my negligence. Anyone had the same experience? Were you able to get your money back? How did you do it?

That is really bad dear, you can have a new account with another email id, but be careful not to violate any rule..

I'm so sorry to hear that. I think what you need to do is ask the admin to give the second chance. Go the support page get your ticket. Explain what happened.
That's why we really need to read the website TOS, FAQ, Privacy and Security, thir Terms and Guidelines etc... to avoid doing something against their rule.

I agree with dvirtualist, now days for your own benefit you have to read the terms and conditions of any site that you register for and sometimes for situations like this its best when you have a copy of the term and regulations because if the company were not explicit in regards to that when you first registered, they cannot close your account.

Yes oyu violated rules but have should have delete your account immediately and now after few months just before taking payout.This process happens very quick.I know because i have done same mistake in past.heehee.They deleted my account on first day only.

I know! It was too quick for them delete my account when in fact they know that I was suppose to have my payout already. Maybe they did it on purpose cause they dont have anything to pay me or something. It was just unfair cause maybe they could have given some exemption like for example, they could have sent me a message and that would be my last time to use neobux after I got my money. I dont think they're smart enough to think about it that way.

I haven't had the experience, but thanks for the heads up. I'll be even more careful than I was before. I didn't know it would matter as long as you log onto your own account...

Thanks you shared this. Atleast other people will be careful not to do the same mistake. Try mailing them and explain it. If you have good luck something nice will turn out.

I wish I will. I think the neobux admin has to know that they also have to consider things a little bit rather than suspend an account. It is a legit site and it should not just be legit because they pay their members but they should also be legit in other fields.

poor guy! If such a mistake happened some time ago, your account may be re-opened by the admin.But now the only thing you can do is to give up Neobux I think .Because
Neobux is at its very time. Many accounts have been deleted, and the time of Neobux is nearly gone. There are too many traffic and too many members for Neobux, he cannot pay for them. Waht is worse , Neobux has refused new registration from some countries,such PRC. You are too late to earn money!

It was months ago that I registered in this site and honestly speaking, I lose interest in them already. Maybe neobux is soon gonna be gone and I dont care if they are gonna be gone. I dont like neobux anymore. I admit there was also negligence in my part but neobus suspended my account but not considered everything first.

I am so sorry that your account got deleted! I hate it when a site you like and use all the time all of a sudden deletes your account! To bad you used another computer! Sorry but I have to say that was a mess up on your part! At least you know not to do that any more! Happy Mylotting!

I didnt know that it was suppose to be like that. My friend was also not aware of that fact and we were both sad cause he was also nearing his first payout and it will only take him a few days to complete it. In my case, I was suppose to have my pay out already but I decided to save it there first and have my earnings accumulate and this is what happens now. I hate myself for not knowing that fact.
