myLot doesn't update our ages in our profile

Mine has been updated twice. I joined here in May 2008 and, since my birthday is in April (it just passed), my age on my profile was updated in April 2009 and again this month. It updated on my birthday, too, not a few days late or early. MyLot has had quite a few glitches in it's programming since I've been a member and, perhaps, your age not updating is just another glitch. You should write to myLot and tell them about this.

Hi, I haven´t checked my age but I don´t care that much either. The last time I remember I wanted to get older was about 50 years ago. I am not interested in hiding my age either but a few days, weeks, months or years more or less mean nothing. Take care!

Hi farid, Actually some people are complaining that they are getting old prematurely and Alice (from admin) promised that they will correct the problem. In your case it must be a glitch so nothing to worry. If you want you can write the same to administration, but do you really want to get aged. In my case before the day my of birth day (when the month starts), they changed my age.

I had no idea that myLot didn't update our ages. I haven't checked my profile in a while.

If mylot didn't update my age, I would update it myself, even though I am a grandmother and getting older by the minute. It is good though that they update it for us, so we don't have to do it ourselves. I think mylot is the best and I am glad that I am a part of it. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I think, it does! My years here have been updated quite reasonably and regularly. I am sorry to know that yours have not. You should write to the admin and ask them to fix the glitch at your page.

Hi faridmadeabillion, [can you explain how you have made a billion]? I have noticed that too. I guess that I like this my lot bug since I always think that I am younger than my real age. I just don't mind about what the mylot's friends real age is. I prefer to evaluate what do they have to say.

faridmadeabillion oh wish I really had made a billion.he he. for me its just the opposite. they make me a year older than I am. I will be 84 on Nov.15 of this year but now in my eyes I am s till 83 but not in mylots eyes.odd. what I hate is so many people asking me,are you really 83? why would one lie about that? I am that old yes, and no I am not loony tunes or senile either. I am intelligent, computer savvy and have been using my computer for years and so w what.farid I do think they should make our ages right so we can all know whom we are talking to here. I really cort of love the f act that I have friends of all ages as I do hate to turn down people.

hello farid, i just checked my profile after responding to your discussion and found that Mylot HAS updated my age. So i take back my words.I don`t know why your age has not been updated, maybe it will be done after your birthday, so check up then.Happy mylotting.

Well my friend, mylot has thousands of members and many more are joining every year. they have given us a preference whether we want our age or country or city to be shown in the profile or not. Many members don`t want their age mentioned in their profile and so it is not shown. coming back to your question it would bean arduus task for the admin to keep on updating each and every members age year by year and this is not done in many other sites. I feel it is not at all neccessary for our ages to be updated since we are all aware of our own ages, nobody will actually be bothered about it.

Mine is up todate. Perhaps you're having a glitch or something. You should contact support if it continues.

I joined in April of 2009 when I was 52 and when I turned 53 in November Mylot updated my age. I don't understand why some would be done and others wouldn't.

Mylot don't like people getting older. The time just don't pass for mylot.
