Yes, So the admin can put our posts in the correct category. So if we searched for a keyword, we will easily find the same post or related post regarding to our query.

I feel New discussions such as this that you might have just recently started, it is important to Tag them as it helps others find your discussion a lot quicker if they are looking for something you might have posted about. I usually do not take time to tag other discussions I respond back too as it can take a lot more time, but unless I forget I always tag my New discussions as I think it helps to help others see who you are as well.

I do tag when I have keywords that I can tag them with. Sometimes it is hard to figure out what keywords to use, so when that happens, I just skip it and go on to the next discussion. I think that tagging is important, but also I feel that using the right keywords is important too, as if the wrong ones are used, then others search would yield the wrong results.
