A particular day of the week when you are full of energy?

Is there any particular day of the week when you feel you are full of energy and enthusiasm be it in work or at home or even in playing any sport?
I myself feel this way on a Wednesday or Thursday not on any other day of the week ( weekends excluded!!) - I don't know why, and similarly I am down on a Tuesday ( not on a Monday or Friday!!) I do not know whether this has got to do with the biological clock.
Do any of you also feel this way or any good reasons for this?
Yes, normally people seem more energetic on Friday thinking of the weekend!! Or they feel quite lazy and laid back attitude on a Monday, but not so with me; and yes of course I also look forward to the weekends.

You know this tends to vary a lot for me week for week. I think we can rule Monday out for the obvious reasons. No one ever seems to be ready to go on a Monday and I am most certainly no exception to that very obvious rule. Yet there are many days through the week where sometimes I am ready to go and face the world and sometimes, I wish I could just spend the entire day in bed.
However, a lot of the times, Thursday for some odd reason is a day that I have a bit of extra energy. I guess that is a day where all of the extra week that accumulated during the week catches up to me. Therefore, I really need to kick everything up a few notches on Thursday and get everything done as quickly as possible, so I do not have too much on Friday. That is not every week, but I seem to have a burst on Thursday more times often then not.

well, I guess that this day is sunday, because I have a day-off after the long week at the university with all the things that I have write and study for. and on Sundy i really feel the best way among all days of week

hi udayrao2 I am more energized when Wednesday comes as I can go shopping in the Gold Crest van with the others, it gets me out
of this place for awhile and I c an purchase the things that I
need so that is usually the favorite day for me followed by Saturday when my son comes to see me.thats always a special day for me.any day of the
week that he does come to see me os a really great day for me.
