Is HIV/AIDS a moral disease?

I believe it is because it affects society on the whole. And because of immorality the disease is spread. Maybe this accounts for so much stigma and discrimination against those who are positive. what do you think?

Apart from the other sources or transfers (like needles by accident, or children because parents have them) I strongly consider HIS/AID as a moral disease. Regardless what people may say, you will get it through acts of lasciviousness. There's no one innocent from getting this disease because unless you are loyal or moral in doing the act, you wouldn't probably get it.

Immoral disease?! Are you kidding? Is it immoral for a child to catch the disease when she gets HIV through a blood transfusion?! This post is a bit over the top. But I am going to answer it anyway.. perhaps with an answer,you'll get more views and other will note this absurd post.
