Hi my mozilla firefox crashes

I really don't know how it really happens... or shall i say what is the reason... It happens to me, one week ago, and I really have done nothing... just ask the help for mozilla's official website, i guess, but so far, I have been using, still, our Mozilla firefox... maybe, it takes one rebooting to your computer, or maybe I have to say, maybe you can begin to consider Re-Formatting you computer...

well, guess that no one knows just because you haven;t mentioned what exactly crashed on your mozila :)
