my friends husband said we were going to have sunshine most of the day,and it would be the hottest day of the year,so,i left my washing on the line over night to dry, then after sorting the washing i was going to dig over my back garden ready for the gravel to be ordered and delivered, that was my day planned out,,so i thought,,it rained during the night so my washing got wet and the ground was too slushy to dig,i spent all day drying my washing in the tumble dryer and pottering round the house,,did anyone else have to change their plans today for some reason

Hi, doormouse. I was planning to go out to the store today, but I changed my mind because it was wet outside. It is sunny now. I could have went, but I am almost finished cooking Sunday dinner and I have to wash my hair in a couple of more hours. So, my plans have slightly changed for today. I am so sorry that your clothes got wet on the line. And I am also sorry that you did not get to go out like you wanted to.

Yeah, as far as I am concerned, I think I am so sorry to hear that your washings are wet again. With so bad the news you have told me, I think you may not feel so well in your heart. I think it is OK, the washing sa re wet, but it still has the time to make it dry again. So I think you should have a better attitude torwards life, which will help you a lot. Have a nice day.

doormouse, My trip to Bangkok, Thailand is being postponed indefinitely due to the recent political demonstrations and the head office is getting paranoid. On top of it air traffic is excruciating to the UK and hence business plans are all being rescheduled bringing forward some of the places way ahead in advance. It is just being a catastrophic 2 weeks for me.

Well, everyone including me just understand that such things are inevitably beyond our control, so we will just need to do whatever we can or have. I hope you have a great week ahead. Take care.

doormouse oh it sounds lovely to have to change plans to me, as here without the programs we used to have being downstairs here is boredom city so I come up here to my computer to get away from the same old same old every day. No wonder we all crave visitors at least we see a new face and get to do something beside browse on the computer and mylot all day every day. Be glad for a few changes my dear mylotters,it could be a lot worse, like boring. This beats being on the street of course but really I would still rather be back living conventionally in a two bedroom apartment with my son. he he.

Well Naomi forgot her coat this morning and it's raining. I didn't notice when we left the house, so I had to drop the other 2 off and take her back to get her coat. It made me a bit late to work (not that anybody noticed)...

I had the same as i left washing out during today and it got wet when i was not looking it started to rain and lets say it is still out there now.I had made plans for yesterday as well as the children were not here all yesterday afternoon and i had made plans to have a chill out in a night shirt and then all of a sudden we had friends turn up,so there was no chill out at all.Last night was no time to chill in the bath either as the friends did not leave until 8 oclock and then i was going out for a drink.
