So what kind of name do you want? Like a secretive name, like the Secret Service, a name like CIA and FBI, or one that is notorious for their job? I am fond of playing the Zombie games. I believe that your story is a lot different from it but when I read your post the zombie game came to my mind. Since the government funded program pays people to hunt and kill zombies, you can call it "Zombiexecutioner". Other names can be Zombuzkill, Zomdead, and Zomhunt. To make the name sound friendlier, you can just say "ZomOut" or "Zom-Out". Hope this helps.
