and gotten a response? I never had, that I can recall but I recall I seeing the addresses for fan clubs in the teen mags. I knew a girl in High School who did and had a few autographed pictures of celebrities in frames on her wall.

I carried on an email correspondence with one for almost a year until technical problems developed and her address disappeared. She really was not much for using the computer, so she probably just didn't keep it up when she moved. It was interesting and fun while it lasted.

I have never really written to a celebrity. Several years ago, I did e-mail one of the cohosts on The View. It was probably in its second year on air (like I said, a long time ago), and Star Jones had given her opinion about a couple of things that echoed my own opinions, except they were extremely unpopular with her cohosts because at the time. The rest of the ladies were very liberal (no Elisabeth H. at the time - although Star wasn't too much of a conservative either). Of course this was also before Star had her surgery, and got into a war of words with Rosie and Barbara Walters. Anyway, I e-mailed her to thank her for not being afraid to voice her opinion, even in the midst of derision from the other women. And she wrote back. I realize that assistants for stars can do a lot of things in said star's name, but I really think it was Star Jones answering me. But like I said, I don't write celebrities. I don't really think of her as a celebrity either.

Hi, 3SnuggleBunnies. I think that I wrote Tyrese Gibson the singer and actor.. I got a picture of him with his autograph on it. I just wonder if this is something that is automatically sent to his fans. I wonder if he actually read my letter. I think that I wrote some sweet things to him. I hope that he saw it. I was so happy when his photo came in the mail to my grandmother's mailbox.

When I was a teen I wrote to a few of my favorites. At most I got back an autographed photo. I'd frame them and put them on my walls. I also had my bedroom wall completely covered with pin ups from those teen magazines. That was until I got into baseball.. then my room was covered with pictures of baseball players, lol.

I have been featured in a mag here. I was an underwear model for bench. It wasn't a limelight experience though cuz it was just a one page feature.
